    $tz either "GMT" (if set to gmtime), or "Local" (if set to servertime) GMT

    $rcs RCS format timestamp 2020/10/23 11:42:44
    $month month in ISO format Dec
    $mo 2 digit month 12
    $minutes minutes 59
    $iso ISO format timestamp 2020-10-23T11:42:44Z
