Law in Contemporary Society
-- DimiaFogam - 23 May 2008

Hope everyone is enjoying thier summer. I ran across this Student Note from the Harvard Law Review and thought it was really intersting. It is quite unlike any note i've seen in the journal in the last few years (particularly the lack of footnotes) but I'm posting it becuase almost everything in the note, (particularly secion IV) i almost exactly what we discussed in class this semester in terms of making career choices.

It causing a bit of a comotion on law blogs (apparently HLR is getting to liberal)
